Return & Refund Policy

Because all KAMP BANANA head covers are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer's remorse.

Defects & Mistakes We take pride in our craftsmanship, but if you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or not made to your specifications, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@kampbanana.com. Include photos of the issue and we'll make it right—either by remaking the item or issuing a refund.

Before You Order Please double-check all customization details before placing your order. Once production begins, we cannot make changes or cancel orders.

Refunds If a refund is approved for a defective or incorrect item, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank may take additional time to process the refund.
